De-regulating Gooseum Rhyne

Following our previous consultation, we took feedback from the community on board and came up with a new solution to avoid negative impacts on Millenium Green.

By de-regulating the reservoir, the area will no longer be subject to the same regulations, removing the need for substantial works, while maintaining the same level of flood protection.
