Overview

We are seeking your comments on two applications received from The National Trust.

The first application is for a full licence to abstract water from Combe Gill (tributary of River Derwent) at National Grid Reference (NGR) NY 25104 12405.

The second application is for an impounding licence to impound water immediately upstream of the abstraction point on Combe Gill to facilitate hydro-electric power generation.
