We are seeking your comments on applications received from Melbreak Renewable Energy C.I.C.

The first application is for a full licence to abstract (take) water from Mill Beck at Buttermere at National Grid Reference NY 17865 17345.

The water will be used for hydropower generation.                                                   

Melbreak Renewable Energy C.I.C has also applied to the Environment Agency for a licence to obstruct or impede the flow of Mill Beck, also at National Grid Reference NY 17865 17345.
