Overview

We are seeking your comments on 2 applications received from Environment Agency.

The first application is for a transfer licence to abstract water from the Par St Blazey Stream at National Grid Reference SX 07505 53498 to transfer it to the River Par at National Grid Reference SX 07515 53503 without intervening use for the purpose of an eel pass. 

The second application is to obstruct or impede the flow of the Par St Blazey Stream at National Grid Reference SX 07497 53505 to support the above eel passage.
