We are seeking your comments on an application received from The Environment Agency.

The application is for a transfer licence to abstract water from the River Lee Navigation at National Grid Reference TL 38078 12193 to transfer it to the River Lee Navigation at National Grid References TL 38078 12198 and TL 38093 12162 without intervening use for the purpose of an eel pass.
