1 The phased construction and operation of IWMF.
My concern is that the construction of waste treatment and processes and the buildings will influence the dispersion of emissions from the stack - local residents need to know this won't harm human health as well as crops and local natural environment. We need to know that air quality and soil quality will also be closely monitored.
2. Introduction of an emission point to allow discharge of uncontaminated surface water run off in the the river blackwater.
We need conformation that the surface water will not contain pollution contaminants and the water wont be released where there is flood risk.
3. The processing of additional "non hazardous " european waste codes (EWC) within the plant.
my concern is that this will likely include plastic packaging, composite packaging, plastics, medicines, sludges from industrial waste water not already permitted, detergents, paints, inks, adhesives, resins.
We need to know that these wastes are compatible with existing height of smoke stack and phased construction of the permitted waste processes and that there will be NO HARM TO HUMAN HEALTH in our COMMUNITIES, crops, ground and natural environment.
4. That air monitoring and soil monitoring is mandatory as I have not seen mention of this.
