We also want your views on parts of our abstraction licensing amendments and longer term changes to the way we charge for navigation boat registrations.

We will not be publishing individual responses but will publish a consultation response document which will summarise key themes on the gov.uk website.  If you respond online and provide an email address, your response will be automatically acknowledged.

Why We Are Consulting

We would like your views so that we can understand the impacts and benefits, as you consider them, of the proposals outlined here.  We would also like to hear any suggestion on how we can improve these proposals.

If you provide us with your email address in the "Your Details" section you can save and return to the consultation at another time.

You will find supporting documents for this consultation below.  You will need to review these to inform your response. Please ensure you use the 'back' button after using these documents.

Corrections to the consultation documents

Customers and colleagues have identified some areas where the proposals could be clarified or where there are errors in the consultation documents. The document Clarifications and Corrections identifies those areas and sets out the correct interpretation, to assist our customers and staff in understanding the proposals. This will be of particular interest to customers in the Biowaste Sector.

If you believe any other areas should be included here, please let us know by emailing us at enquiries@environment-agency.gov.uk
