How to sign up

'Introduction' - Here you can provide us with your email address which will receive any notifications we issue.

Once you have completed the 'Introduction' page, navigate through the location pages (e.g. Barking and Dagenham) below. When you select your first location you'll be asked which rivers are of interest to you (e.g. Beam and Gores Brook)  by using checkboxes (maps of the areas and their rivers are provided on each page). Once you have selected your rivers of interest, click continue and you'll return to this page where you can repeat the process for as many locations as you wish.

When will you receive a notification?

Incident notifications/updates will be sent out during a significant or major water pollution incident, in line with our incident response procedures. Please note that we may not always choose to send out updates regarding an incident. If you do have any enquiries regarding a live or historic incident please contact us by:
